I Think I Have an Idea

Hello! Hello! Hello!

Currently, I don't have a concrete idea for this course. I want to do so many different things that I can't seem to settle on something specific...

Well actually I wrote some stuff but then I erased it just now because I remembered something I saw in Time Square 3-4 years ago. When I was a freshman, the Inside Out Project was happening right in the heart of Time Square. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. People would go into this photo booth and get their portrait taken and wheat pasted in Time Square. You were able to see so many different faces and expressions that you couldn't help but smile. 

So I guess what I want to do is something like this or even be part of the Inside Out project. What I would love to see in the photographs are people smiling, laughing, and being silly. Maybe call it #SmileHelsinki (gotta get that social media). Since spring is coming, it would be awesome to see all these faces in Kamppi. 

I think this project could go so many ways. It could focus on youth, elderly, or even dogs (I noticed that there are a lot of dogs here and I love it haha). Or it could just be about the people of Helsinki. 

I would absolutely love to work with people and bounce around ideas. Also, I hope this is possible to do with our budget haaaa.

If this doesn't happen, I really just want to wheat paste in Kamppi. So if someone has a project that can incorporate wheat pasting... let me know!
