TAPIOLA VIRTUAL DISCUSSION BOARD is a temporary zone for virtual message exchange in public place. TVDB limits the access to discussion board by requiring people to actually go to the place and scan QR-code. By "hiding" the discussion board behind the QR-code unreadable by human eye the intention is to create hidden yet public platform. Administration of discussion is left for the multitude.
TVDB is a demo project and can be utilized and developed as a DIY kit.
